Technical Services Engineer
Somerset - Field & Office Based (8 hour shifts, no weekends)
Up to £35,000 + Company Van

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of clients from sectors such as R&D, Manufacturing, Defence, and others, all while working with cutting-edge technology.
The Role:
The Technical Services Engineer plays a key role in ensuring network and technology alignment for clients by conducting quarterly audits, managing on-site and remote changes, and performing follow-up tasks. They focus on building strong client relationships while ensuring adherence to best practices and the company's technology stack. Responsibilities include:
1. On-site break/fix support
2. Installations
3. Onboarding new clients
4. Maintaining detailed documentation of client systems
The role also emphasizes delivering excellent customer service to users of varying IT expertise.
The Candidate:
Must have:
1. Come from an IT Reseller, VAR or MSP background
2. Hands-on, field-based break/fix experience
3. Strong experience in desktop software & hardware (O365, Laptop builds, etc.)
4. Strong experience in networking hardware (switches, WAPs, firewalls, etc.)
