The Role:
They are seeking an experienced and proactive Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Buckinghamshire. This role is crucial in driving pre-construction efforts and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction frameworks and industry standards. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the efforts of Estimators, the Contracts Manager, and the Bid Writer throughout the tender process, ensuring that submissions are timely and accurate. You will also oversee marketing consultants to create compelling marketing materials for outreach campaigns. This is an office-based role in Buckinghamshire, where you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to driving pre-construction success. Salary / Benefits:

Requirements:
Candidates will ideally have a degree or similar qualification and experience with a main contractor. Industry experience will ideally be in the local authority, residential, and commercial building environment. Candidates should be able to demonstrate hands-on estimating ability balanced with the ability to work without support or supervision and a mature attitude to work.
