Were looking for a talented and proactive individual to join our team and help manage the successful delivery of client projects. The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Executive, who will play a vital role in managing new enquiries and identifying new potential clients and markets. This role is a vital part of the company, ensuring a constant flow of design project work for our team of designers, and requires someone who is a fast learner, proactive, excellent at sales and comfortable handling client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Handling New Enquiries: Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries, guiding them through our enquiry process, ensuring all necessary information is collected, and qualifying potential projects. Proposal Writing: Writing proposals for potential clients, following up queries, and ensuring they have everything they need to move forward, including contracts etc. Business Development: Identify potential new markets and business clients.Forming connections and selling our services.Maintaining contact and nurturing warm leads. Management Support: Provide senior management with support when required. Who Were Looking For: Proactive: You take responsibility for your tasks and actively look for ways to improve processes. Keen to Learn: You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn about our industry and processes. Great Communicator: Comfortable and confident on the phone, you enjoy speaking with clients and building relationships. Organised & Detail-Oriented: You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with experience of CRM and project management software. Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development or similar role, ideally within a design, product development, or creative environment, is preferred but not essential.
