Caddy Group are looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our team and help businesses stay compliant with fire safety regulations. You'll be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments, providing recommendations, and ensuring clients meet their legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct fire risk assessments across various premises (commercial, residential, industrial).
2. Identify fire hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues.
3. Provide clear, practical recommendations to mitigate fire risks.
4. Prepare detailed reports in line with industry standards.
5. Advise clients on fire safety measures, policies, and legal requirements.
6. Stay up to date with UK fire safety regulations and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
1. Relevant qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessment Level 3/4, or similar).
2. Proven experience in fire risk assessments.
3. Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations.
4. Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
6. Full UK driving licence (preferred for site visits).
