CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
Our client, with a client base covering a number of areas across the UK, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support two of their largest clients.
The role
1. Review and maintain customers' contracts
2. Process and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly invoices
3. Maintain key customers' accounts invoicing
4. Assist in generating invoices
5. Provide updates on responsible accounts weekly
6. Update the internal client database
7. Chase all outstanding invoices when required
8. Review and identify changes to accounts, liaising with other departments to keep accounts/contracts up to date
9. Monitor emails and incoming calls and provide a professional service
The skills you will need
1. Experience with invoicing and meeting expected deadlines
2. Previous experience within a finance/figures role is required
3. Must be computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
4. Adaptable while thinking outside the box
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role, ideally within the service industry.
