My client is the UKs leading Stadia Events and Leisure caterer and is due to unprecedented growth is looking to recruit a brilliant vibrant seasoned Head of Retention for all that is Stadia and Leisure across the UK based remote/field.
We are ideally looking for someone with operations experience in High End B&I and stadia / venues / leisure sector someone who lives and breathes what great looks like in terms of food and service and goes above and beyond in looking after and nurturing key high profile client relationships.
A large part of your role will be to support the whole retention strategy and be someone who is up to date and moreover just really naturally interested in market trends so that you would be able to propose innovative and compelling proposals for you clients!
The market moves fast so I cannot emphasise enough that this role is focused on being dedicated to knowing latest industry trends across Food innovation tech marketing and Product developmentthis really needs to be a passion of yours maybe finding yourself exploring the borough markets at the weekend as you just love discovering new food ideas!
Naturally you would spend time getting to know and listening to your clients and focusing on strengthening these client relationships within the Leisure events space and be a key part of any client presentations as it is you that they will buy into..
As with any client facing role we would love you to be a positive outgoing articulate bright high energy individual who is adept at gaining buy in from your clients and be someone who is trustworthy and warm and friendly!
