We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our established and growing Guest Services Team. Your role would be to provide proactive reception duties, maintaining high level performance, organisation with a corporate approach. This position is based within our serviced buildings at Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill and Hamilton International Technology Park, Blantyre. Key responsibilities will include: Deliver a professional and welcoming environment for occupiers/visitors Managing access control system to the building Provide high level communication to occupiers Statistic Reporting Working with Building Manager and FM Team Handling telephone enquiries Minimum skills required include: Prior experience in a similar role essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional telephone manner Excellent organisational skills Competent in Microsoft Office Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.
