Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team at our Corby site. As HR Admin, you will be responsible for taking ownership and coordination of the HR administrative function in all HR areas as required, ensuring a consistent functional approach, accuracy, reliability of information, and close team working with the Group HR team, reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner. This is a full-time, permanent position from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, offering a competitive salary, package, and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking market leader.
Job responsibilities of HR Admin include:
1. Coordinating the output of the HR function for the full employee life-cycle.
2. Responding to general administrative queries (email and phone) in a timely and helpful manner.
3. Producing HR statistics and reports and distributing to the appropriate audience, including Group, within the agreed timeframe.
4. Generating other HR-specific reporting data, as requested.
5. Coordinating with key interfaces on HR processes and procedures.
6. Accurately advising managers on the company HR policies in a timely manner.
7. Timely production of letters including but not limited to ER letters, maternity letters, references, etc.
8. With support from the HR Advisors, providing assistance to managers in order to resolve Grievance, Disciplinary, Well-being, or Flexible Working Request matters as required.
9. Following the right process for psychometric testing, organizing the testing process and administering psychometric tests at appropriate sites, and supporting the managers with advice on the recruitment process and guidelines.
10. Ownership of employment contract and Service Agreement templates ensuring consistency and accuracy for issuing and circulating.
11. Producing and sending out contracts and offer letters to all new starters within the business which contain the relevant content corresponding to the Tier in which the employee sits (i.e., Policies, health questionnaires).
12. Ownership of the Contract Review and Benefits matrices ensuring they are current and accurate at all times.
13. Maintaining personnel detail files and managing the personnel filing system.
14. Monitoring receipt of new starters' details such as passports, visas, and 3/6 month reviews and escalating as appropriate to the relevant HR representative.
15. Managing benefits process and providing benefits information to employees within agreed timeframes and acting as a liaison between benefits brokers and employees.
Qualifications

* Competent user of PC software, including email and Microsoft Office, with knowledge of an HR database being an advantage.

* Able to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines.
* Team orientated, comfortable working remotely from other team members.
* Ability to juggle workload to meet business needs.
* Self-development and continuous effort to update knowledge on company policies and employment law.
* Current, clean driving licence and access to a car.
