Up to £40,000 We’re currently looking for a Senior Large Corporate Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll be focusing on the large corporate segment. You’ll lead the delivery of a range of marketing assets and collateral and communications for existing corporate clients, their employees and the onboarding of new business – with a ‘Customer First’ mindset. With a creative mind and experience of writing bespoke copy, you’ll own the creation and activation of a range of marketing communications, assets and campaigns to support the distribution team in achieving the sales targets for the year for the Large Corporate audience. Working collaboratively with the marketing and distribution teams, along with the brand team and our agency network - you’ll use insights to understand your audience and leverage the expertise of a wide number of key stakeholders across the business. What you’ll be doing: Building brand awareness and act as a brand ambassador in all corporate communications – using tone of voice, brand guidelines and USPs Assist in the creation, communication, and review of large corporate AXA Healthcare Hubs – also in line with product review changes Own and deliver the content required for corporate clients such as thought leadership (reports/research), webinars, events, etc Own the corporate content on the website in line with product review across the mid-size, large and IGOs /NGOs sections of the website Measure and report on success of corporate communications and marketing activity Be the content owner for the large corporate marketing SharePoint and share with relevant stakeholders Create and execute any assets or communications required for proposition launches or enhancements such as emails, sales material, brochures, guides, flyers, web content Create and update any bespoke corporate communications as required Support the onboarding of new corporate groups and existing groups with member engagement communications Engage with the large corporate distribution team regularly to communicate on key activities, gather feedback and understand the audience Support the large corporate distribution team with any events/fairs and conferences to promote the AXA-Global Healthcare brand Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for our large corporate clients, including creating and hosting webinars and content videos, attending corporate events and conferences, and providing bespoke content for HR Admin portals and intranets Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. What you’ll bring: Proven marketing experience across a range of disciplines in the B2B/ large corporate sector Proven expertise in account- based marketing, with Insurance Industry focus Expertise in working with distribution/sales teams and account managers Highly organised with strong communication skills and strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes and eager to identify improvements Demonstrable creative flair and strong experience in copywriting across a range of audiences, with B2B experience a strong advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong proofreading skills Experience working autonomously and flexibly and prioritising work, at times dealing with tight deadlines and showing resilience Skilled in managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulated industry, ideally the financial services industry (with knowledge of the FCA and Consumer duty regulations) Familiar with review processes and compliance guidelines Experience of working in a dynamic team environment, delivering work at pace, effectively yet within strict compliance guidelines As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
