Are you a Digital Marketing Exec or Senior Digital Marketing Exec specialising in Paid Search and Social Media looking to join a remote-first business? I am working with one of my long-standing clients as they begin the search for someone to work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and wider digital team to manage day-to-day search and social campaigns. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £28k-£34k DOE. Please note this is a remote role but you will need to be able to travel to Birmingham on occasion for team meets (roughly once a quarter). As this role is brand new there is a real opportunity to make it your own and grow it for the long term, and plenty of scope to grow. As a remote business, they don’t have an office space, however, they do get together once a quarter as a business in Birmingham, so you will need to be able to commute to the area. The Role As Paid Search and Social Exec, you will be working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing on the delivery of paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) campaigns. You will love to manage campaigns, coming up with optimisations and recommendations and be able to manage the day-to-day accounts. About You Experience in managing Paid search campaigns with experience in set up, optimisation and reporting on Google Ads Campaigns (In the future, this will include Bing Ads too) A passion for social media and experience in managing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (this role isn’t focused on organic, just paid) Able to set up and optimise campaigns, always looking at ways a campaign can improve Confident in reporting on campaign success and happy to come up with feedback and recommendations on campaigns This role can be client-facing, if you want it to be, but it can also be more in-house focused A passion for digital marketing and a desire to keep up to date with the latest trends in marketing We want someone who is proactive and loves to try new things.
