As a Senior Application Analyst, you'll dive deep into the configuration of the Epic EPR system, focusing on crucial modules such as:
* Order Entry
* Pharmacy (including electronic prescribing and stock control)
* Anaesthetics/Theatres/Intensive Care
* Maternity
* Pathology (UHP only)
* Emergency Department
* Community Care (TSDFT only)
Who We're Looking For:
* NHS Champions: Applicants from diverse NHS disciplines with a passion for IT and excellent communication skills.
* Organizational Wizards: Exceptional at planning and executing complex projects with a knack for detail and efficiency.
* Curious Learners: Eager to master new systems and contribute to transformative changes in patient care.
What You'll Do:
* Be the Expert: Harness your deep understanding of complex working practices and processes from clinical, IT, or administrative perspectives.
* Lead and Configure: Work in dedicated teams to configure your assigned module, driving best practices and improving patient pathways.
* Supervise and Support: Mentor and guide a team of Application Co-ordinators/Analysts to deliver an integrated EPR solution on time and within budget.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings.
