* Clinical qualification and registration
* Evidence of relevant study and continuing professional development

Work Experience
Essential criteria
* Significant experience at band 6 or above
* Knowledge and understanding of NHS Plan and policy drivers
* Current knowledge of relevant professional and NHS Policy Initiatives
* Experienced in multidisciplinary working
* Ongoing recent evidence of leading clinical innovation or leading change within clinical practice.
