Benefits Competitive salary Commission Payments on legal completion Company pension Access to the Rangeford Benefits Hub Health Care Cash Plan Life Cover Complimentary on-site parking Employee Assistance Programme including access to a virtual GP Discounted food and beverage on and off duty Main duties and responsibilities To successfully achieve and manage off-plan reservations through to timely legal completions to meet the company’s targets: · Confidently conduct appointments with prospective purchasers · Undertake home visits and tours of show homes and village facilities · Advise on village facilities, services and ongoing fees · Negotiate and close home sale reservations This is what you can expect day-to-day - the role will develop as the village becomes fully operational: · To handle enquiries, arrange and undertake viewings and create a great first impression · Follow up on enquiries, viewings and secure commitment to progress to the next stage · Customer relationship management whether in person, via phone, email/letters and video conference · Undertake negotiations and secure reservations and progress reservations through to completion · Assist with the integration of all reservists into village life · Preparation of reports · Achieve individual, team and company targets · Identify PR and testimonial opportunities by reservists, village residents and from sales and marketing events Required Skills · Proven experience in being effective and target achieving within the New Home industry, experience working within the retirement sector preferable · High level command of English, both written and verbal · Self-motivated, target driven and organised · IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel · Well-organised with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Experience and Skill development · Must have at least 2 years previous Sales Advisor new homes experience · Previous experience of managing the full beginning to end sales process · Experience of liaising with solicitors/third parties during the conveyancing process · Training will be provided to ensure the sales advisor has an in depth knowledge of the village’s homes, their specification, the village amenities, ongoing fees and services along with the company sales process, CRM database and selling tools · ARCO consumer code compliance training will be given Person Specification The role holder will have a passion for, and superb understanding of, all things property sales and customer services related.
