Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to GPs, nursing team and the admin staff. Youll lead clinical meetings, oversee audits, and ensure best practices are implemented. Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care, working collaboratively with colleagues across sites. Youll promote continuity of care and be an advocate for patient wellbeing. Team Support: Work closely with the Group Lead GP and Business Manager to ensure smooth running of clinical and operational activities. Provide leadership and training to clinical staff, promoting a culture of learning and development. Innovation & Improvement: Contribute to the design and delivery of a care model that focuses on patient-centred care, mental wellbeing, personalised care, and continuity. Clinical Governance: Oversee clinical audits and ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and standards. What Were Looking For: Registered with the GMC and on the NHS performers list with no restrictions on practice. Experienced GP with a strong interest in leadership and clinical governance. Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and guiding clinical practice. Relevant experience in Primary Care Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality patient care. Commitment to professional development, with a record of ongoing CPD.
