This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our business in the UK Scottish region and can be based out of either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. What you'll be doing: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals. Client Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting partnerships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate the team to optimise performance and achieve sales objectives. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities. What we're looking for: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or office and commercial industry. Strong understanding of the UK Scottish market and its key players. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools. A self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
