Key Responsibilities:
* Work with students on a whole-class, small-group, and 1:1 basis to provide tailored support, helping them progress in their learning
* Collaborate with teachers to support classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Engage with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to effectively support students with various SEN needs
* Focus on student attainment and progression by delivering both in-class and out-of-class support
Requirements:
* A Psychology degree (1:1 or 2:1) from a top UK university
* Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND, with confidence in managing behaviour
* A strong interest in child psychology, SEN, and behaviour support
