This role has been created by the promotion of the present job holder You will be working with c50 business customers, providing the highest levels of customer service in order to improve sales and strengthen professional relationships. Key Responsibilities Will Include: Provide clear, comprehensive and documented resolutions to all customer queries, liaising with colleagues across departments as required. Be pro-active in offering product opportunities, special prices and training. Own your relationship with each customer and be responsible for their success.
