Responsibilities
* Understand the end customer with a strong eye for creative and appreciation for data and insight.
* Inspire colleagues and clients with a compelling narrative.

* Ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Develop creative briefs and technical requirements.
* Act as an escalation point for workload priorities.
* Own and develop key client relationships.
* Deliver towards the Client Development Plan, ensuring profitability and growth.
* Comfortable with strategic initiatives and day-to-day delivery.
* Forecasting and budget control as P&L owner for your accounts.
