Job Summary and Mission
To deputise in the Store Managers absence, to effectively manage the store, maximising sales to exceed targets. To deliver outstanding personal customer service whilst motivating and developing the store team to do the same. To maintain the highest possible standards of merchandising, housekeeping and general safety whilst adhering to, and enforcing, company policies and procedures. But, most of all. MAKE PEOPLE SMILE! Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Leadership
1. Setting SMART goals for the team, developing staff capability, and role modelling company best practice.
2. Calm during periods of high customer volume and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the store team.
3. Displays a customer comes first attitude by training and holding the store team accountable for delivering legendary customer service.
4. Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Cards Direct.
