The Senior Global Campaign Manager is responsible for communication and communication channel management.
Key Accountabilities: Create and implement marketing communication strategy and asset creation for all areas of customer and prospect facing communications for product portfolio, Black Badge models and associated Private Collection cars to create a brand that has wide appeal and desirability, stimulate demand and thus profit contribution.
Define and communicate the product positioning for the above to develop a clear differentiating image in the market to maximise demand and profit.
Identify and select a channel strategy for marketing communications to maximise effectiveness of communications with identified groups to increase sales conversion.
Devise and implement a message strategy for the marketing communication to ensure an appropriate choice of message is delivered to the desired audience in the most effective manner to ensure maximum contribution to corporate objectives.
Create and implement global marketing communications collateral that creates demand and changes perception.
Devise, execute, monitor and implement change so that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Monitor and control marketing communications expenditure to ensure maximum results are delivered within budget through effective cost control.
Monitor and react to metrics and reports to allow senior management to understand activity and react accordingly.
Develop customer contact plans and relevant marketing communications collateral.
Motivate and manage agency staff to ensure resources are best allocated to complete projects on brief, on time & on budget.
Drive new initiatives to differentiate within the Luxury car and global Luxury environment, being aware of trends to take the right decisions to inform future strategy.
Have a flexible and innovative approach as the business circumstances, legislation and individual markets needs may change frequently, having a direct impact on the business.
Balance strategic operations and thinking with tactical and real-world delivery of materials and assets.
Take an innovative approach to working on a global scale.
Identifying marketing efficiencies and the opportunity to establish and document processes and structures for future business development What we’re looking for Degree (ideally in Marketing and Business) Comprehensive marketing communications experience in the automotive and/or Luxury sector An understanding of the full marketing mix is essential along with budget and agency management.
International or global experience is a plus.
Senior management level interaction.
Project management experience and exceptional attention to details and quality standards.
Retail experience and CRM capability is desirable.
Understanding of the latest marketing and Luxury trends and techniques.
