Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator will be;
* Supporting the sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and reports, and coordinating logistics
* Processing orders and managing customer relationships
* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
* Assisting in the organisation of sales events
* Communicating important feedback from customers internally
* Ensuring sales targets are met and reporting any deviations
* Liaising with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency
* Coordinating with other departments to ensure company-wide collaboration
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
* A strong educational background with a preference for a degree in Business or a related field
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
* Experience in a sales or customer service role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* A team player with high level of dedication
