The Program Manager is responsible for organizing programs and activities for the organization, developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, creating and managing long-term goals, developing budgets, and operating plans for programs, and writing program funding proposals. The position will also uphold Prodapt’s values and work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision. Should be able to independently run meetings, articulate/present a requirement, propose solution to the stakeholders (Telecom Service Providers, Product line, Operations, Tester, Developer etc). Should be able to handle the queries from the stakeholders. Should have good understanding of the Telco domain. Should have in-depth knowledge in Network Build or Service Fulfilment journey (both Processes and Systems). Functional: Should be able to understand a given business problem and propose various solution options for P&B or L2C and OSS stack. Functional: Should have analysed the Ops data, processes, provide insights and suggest improvements. Developing a business case for each project and presenting it to senior leadership for approval Monitoring the progress of each project throughout its life cycle to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved Developing a detailed plan for implementing the new system or process based on the needs identified in the business case Coordinating with IT teams to design and develop new systems or processes Conducting training sessions for employees on new procedures or programs to ensure that they are able to use them effectively Determining how to allocate resources within the organization to meet project goals and deadlines Working with external vendors to design and develop new products and services Analyzing data to determine where improvements can be made to increase efficiency or effectiveness of processes Establishing communication plans to notify clients, partners, and other stakeholders about changes in processes or procedures Managing the transformation/migration projects involving GIS based solutions like iQGEO, GE small world solution in Telecom Network Build or Service Fulfilment journey is desirable. Experience with GIS solutions (ArcGIS, ArcFM, Smallword, Geodatabases, etc.) is highly desirable. Experience working with Telecom Industry. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of an organization. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally about 20% of the time. The qualifications required for the position include a Bachelor’s degree (in any field) and work experience of 15-25 years Desired industry knowledge includes a record of delivery projects leveraging core PMI PMBOK Standards with expert proficiency Proven expertise in E2E project lifecycle process with intermediate proficiency Ability to train others on differences (incl. pros and cons) between different project methodologies with advanced proficiency. The required function/process knowledge includes being aware of business unit goals/strategies and changes, considering business/technical alternatives and recommending solutions that support the business unit requirements, Defining project/program scope, objectives, deliverables, costs, resources, and time frame, and negotiating project commitments with stakeholders.
