- The candidate should have a proven record in maintaining a compliant, e-contracted, fundable stellar PVR.
- Prior F&I experience with a proven track record required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. The Finance Manager produces by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new and used vehicle customers.
2. Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended service plans.
3. Provides customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
4. Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
5. Converts cash deals to finance deals where appropriate.
6. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with multiple finance sources, including the manufacturer.
7. Timely processes finance and lease deals accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes, and company policies.
8. Processes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
9. Understands and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
10. Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
11. Checks all paperwork for, including but not limited to, correct title, lien information, taxes, and consumer information before forwarding to accounting.
12. Acquires and maintains current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education.
13. Seeks new lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and finance programs continually.
14. Manages the alternative finance source program to ensure that several sources are available.
15. Maintains insurance files.
16. Sets up and maintains a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department.
17. Provides sales force and Sales Managers with current information about finance and lease programs continually.
18. Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
19. Works with Sales Managers.
20. Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
21. Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.
22. Prepares reports on finance penetration.
23. Works closely with General Manager to establish sales department goals and objectives and ensure that they are achieved.
24. Processes salespersons' "end of month" commission sheets for accounting office payroll.
25. Supervises and trains designated backup to ensure continued efficiency in the F&I manager's absence.
26. Maintains an adequate and current supply of all required contracts and paperwork needed for completion and finalization of car deals.
27. Understands and follows all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from Supervisors.
28. Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
29. Maintains a professional appearance for self and subordinates in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
This qualified candidate must possess at least two years of automotive finance experience and strong communication skills in order to effectively and efficiently work with customers, employees, and vendors.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Automotive finance Manager Requirements include but are not limited to:
1. A valid Drivers license.
2. An eager, outgoing personality.

6. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
