What you'll do As a partner account manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing long-term client relationships and driving key business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing multiple workstreams and projects, providing strategic guidance for campaigns to drive redemptions and revenue. You will own and develop the account revenue forecast, closely monitor the key commercials of your account, and proactively address any impacts on revenue. As the go-to person both internally and externally, you will lead monthly meetings, effectively influence stakeholders, and work closely with Analysts to ensure alignment and access to key insights. With your confidence in dealing with clients, you will attend and lead meetings independently, navigating any uncertainties with ease. Being up-to-date with the loyalty space, you will actively share your opinions and contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the organisation. Your expertise in marketing, direct marketing/CRM, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite will enable you to excel in this role, while demonstrating a can-do attitude, multitasking abilities, and strong initiative. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you In this role, you'll independently manage end-to-end partner campaign ideation, planning, and delivery. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate challenges related to partner management, campaigns, and projects. You'll periodically review actuals, manage forecasting, and report on performance, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll also handle all billings, BEBs, POs, account, and customer queries with ease. Taking ownership of partner workstreams across marketing campaigns, digital engagement, lifecycle development, and proposition planning will be a key part of your responsibilities. You'll manage a range of internal and external stakeholders, creating and leveraging cross-functional relationships to act as a central point of contact for campaign services. Effective time management, organisation, and prioritisation across a wide range of deliverables and tasks are crucial. You'll manage product changes and voucher uploads to the Caffe Nero redemption process, lead quarterly market research presentations, and chair meetings for Esso. Additionally, you'll lead four annual Nectar Business events and manage end-to-end campaigns, as well as independently handle a standalone Nectar Business strategy project.
