About the role As a Brand and Creative designer, you will be responsible for developing custom visual concepts and designs that align with our brand’s identity and meet the needs of the business and the marketing department. You will have a sound understanding of all marketing disciplines in order to be able to support and create artwork, such as logo’s, promotional material for multi-channel campaigns. You will be an experienced Brand Creative designer, who has a track record of successfully launching and evolving brand identities and concepts across global audiences and markets. Key responsibilities Building the brand and image of an organisation, its products, or services. Developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing campaigns. Analysing market trends and competitors to position the brand effectively. Ensuring brand consistency across various marketing initiatives and channels. Organising key events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots to ensure that the brand receives the most exposure for brand awareness Work collaboratively with SVP of Marketing & Product, Product managers, UX designers, copywriters and PR agencies to ensure that the brand creative is consistent. Keeping internal stakeholders up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions. Keeping up to date with design and software trends Skills & Experience Solid graphic design background and experience using PowerPoint, Adobe design suite and video editing and production tools. An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customer requirements. Experience and an understanding of market research. Ability to think strategically and come up with brand campaigns Proven ability with strong project management skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.
