Job summary The post holder will be interactive with the General Public, Service users, Nursing, Medical staff andother Trust Administrative and Clerical Staff. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing clinicadministration and reception support to patients attending Outpatient Clinics; this will include greetingpatients into clinic areas and recording the patient's attendance. The post holder will ensure all reception processes are carried out in a timely and accurate manner toensure an efficient reception and quality service to all users.
