Production Operatives Wanted - Join a Friendly, Family-Run Business!
Select Recruitment is seeking dedicated Production Operatives for a well-established, family-run business specialising in premium ham, bacon, and sausages. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with the potential for a permanent position after a successful qualifying period.
Location: Little Melton, Norfolk (NR9)
Pay Rate: £11.80 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:00, with an early finish on Fridays
About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be involved in:
1. Working on the production line
2. Packing and weighing products
3. Picking and preparing orders
4. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
The work environment is chilled, so warm clothing is recommended. PPE, including overalls, safety boots, and hair nets, will be provided.
What We're Looking For:
1. Previous experience in a factory or production role is preferred
2. Comfortable working in a chilled environment
3. A strong work ethic and attention to detail
4. Reliable transport is essential unless you live locally, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
