In-House Commercial Lawyer NQ+ - South Wales - Hybrid Working -
A leading energy company based in South Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Lawyer (IT & Cyber) to join their In-House legal team.
Hybrid working is available with office attendance required, in South Wales, 2 to 3 days per week.
The role will focus on providing legal advice to stakeholders across various departments, mainly the IT and Cyber teams, but it will also provide an opportunity to support the legal team with general commercial matters.
Applications are sought from England & Wales Qualified Solicitor from NQ to 4PQE who have trained at a high-quality national firm and who have experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of IT, Cyber and commercial agreements. Experience of data protection and intellectual property is also required along with the ability to effectively mitigate risks associated with contracts and business operations. Strong IT skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload are also key.
