Job Description
Job Role: Dual Services Co-Ordinator
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (including weekends) – must be flexible.
Pay: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Market Place, Bolton, BL1 2AL
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Dual Services Co-Ordinator to join our established team based at Market Place, Bolton.
The successful candidate must have excellent people skills with the ability to support the Dual Services Manager in delivering high standards of service across both service delivery teams.
The ability to prioritise administrative tasks to deliver consistent standardised quality reports by all members of the team is a vital part of the role.
Duties include:
* Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the service delivery of both the cleaning and security team to embed a one team ethos.
* Protecting the client’s property, people and/or assets by providing security and cleaning services in direct accordance with the site's published Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and site-specific procedures.
* To instil the importance across the teams of maintaining a safe, clean and secure environment at all times and reporting any irregularities in line with company policy and procedures and to instil the importance to the teams of the need of preventing and escalating incidents with the aim of mitigating risks and delivering quality consistent reporting in line with company procedures and client stakeholders.
* Ensuring that all incidents are reported using the available on-site systems and that the reports are accurate and consistent in detail and in grammar.
* Ensure all necessary health and safety inspections/patrols are completed to maintain compliance of site procedures. Reporting all incidents, accidents, damage and near misses to the management team immediately followed by a detailed investigation report.
* Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
* Maintaining organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
* React accordingly to any cleaning needs such as litter picking and reactive cleaning of spillages, mopping and upkeep of centre.
* Actively maintain a safe, helpful, and secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
* Acting as a first line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service.
* Understanding the needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requests and take appropriate action.
Requirements
* Full 5-year employment checkable history
* Customer service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner
* Flexible to meet the job requirements
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Smart appearance and be well-groomed
* Reliable and punctual
* High level of enthusiasm and passion
* Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
