We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join an energetic and supportive NHS team in Liverpool. You will play a vital role in improving patient care through medication optimization and supporting clinical teams in this vibrant city.

* Full-Time or Part-Time options available
* Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize medication therapy for patients, improving health outcomes and reducing adverse drug reactions
* Conduct clinical reviews, contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, and work closely with other healthcare professionals
* Provide guidance on medication prescribing and management in line with evidence-based practices
* Undertake audits and participate in clinical governance initiatives
* Offer training and support to junior pharmacy staff and healthcare teams
Requirements:
* GPhC registered
* Experience in clinical pharmacy, ideally within primary care
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* NHS experience desirable, but not essential
