About the Role: As an Electrician with Celtic, you will be working in tenanted properties on day-to-day response work undertaking general day to day maintenance such as light/socket changes, full testing of a property, fault finding, installation of ventilation systems i.e: Fans/PIV’s etc. You'll require experience with installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of IET Wiring Regulations as well as knowledge of Electrical repairs, inspections & testing electrical installations. You'll require the ability to fill in correctly, the appropriate Electrical Certificate/Electrical Condition Report. Role Criteria: NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation City & Guilds 18th Edition Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent AM2 Qualification Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience Full UK Driving License- To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
