Main duties of the job To expertly produce creative designs and illustrations from initial concept through to final production, whilst adhering to NHS and UHL Brand style and patient information guidelines. To produce a wide range of illustrations and diagrams using a variety of techniques, equipment and relevant software to demonstrate surgical, clinical and operative procedures, anatomical structures and equipment or any other subject matter in accordance with reasonable requests from our clients. This may involve researching procedures or commissioning photographs for reference purposes. To produce a wide range of statistical illustrations and infographics from data or roughs supplied including charts, graphs and pie charts or any other appropriate means of presentation. To produce accurate forms and charts for clinical use in patient observation and treatment, audit and administration. To produce an extensive range of print ready and digital artwork including business stationary, forms, digital and web assets, presentations, brochures and leaflets, booklets, posters and patient information material.
