The Role: Fulltime with Cognizant
Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Lead the configuration and implementation of Facets.
2. Benefit Configuration to ensure accurate benefit setup and maintenance.
3. Oversee the claims processing system using Facets for timely and accurate claims adjudication.
4. Provide expertise in Networx and Facets Pricer to optimize pricing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements.
6. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and processes.
7. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
8. Train and mentor junior team members on Facets configurations and best practices.
9. Participate in system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
10. Work closely with stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve any system-related issues.
11. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
12. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the system remains current and competitive.
13. Provide regular reports and updates to management on system performance and project progress.
14. Ensure all configurations and processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
1. Must have extensive experience in Facets, Claims, and Networx.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in the Payer domain (nice to have).
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Proficient in system documentation and reporting.
8. Experience in training and mentoring team members.
9. Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
11. Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
12. Experience in a hybrid work model.
13. Able to work day shifts with no travel required.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000.00 – $117,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
