Answer calls, respond to questions, and reroute calls. Log and resolve queries via various communication channels. Maintain records using systems like D365. Assist new team members during induction. Share customer concerns with the Line Manager. Complete administrative tasks and prepare reports. Set up new clients and update systems. Assist with ordering, rate board queries, and currency advice. Suggest process improvements. Handle third-party service queries. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in a call centre/customer service environment. Proficient in Microsoft systems. At least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Strong organisational and planning skills.
