Administrator
Working Hours – 6am-2pm Monday to Friday
Contract – Temporary position forecasted to last around 8-16 weeks
Pay - £11.44 per hour, weekly pay paid every Friday.
Location – Kirkby, L33 area
Role Description
Key responsibilities:
1. To work as part of the administration team so as to assist in the efficient and effective operation of the business
2. To support with booking in drivers and deliveries
3. Updating spreadsheets
4. Have an awareness of both internal and external customers, communicating via telephone and email in a professional manner at all times
5. Manage the shared admin mailbox, responding to internal queries and actioning requests.
Person specification:
1. Excellent organisational skills and preferably some experience of working in an office environment
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Effective and efficient time management
4. Demonstrates an “investigative” and “can do” approach and attitude to all tasks
5. Ability to work as part of a small team, whilst demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently when required
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Good organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
8. Understands and implements processes
9. Ability to work in a changing and growing organisation
10. Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
