Client Development Executive - Bristol or London
Our client is a prestigious international legal practice with a strong presence across multiple locations. They are looking for a Client Development Executive, who will be crucial in maintaining and growing successful client relationships across the firm. You will work alongside client teams, supporting key client relationships and gaining hands-on experience in key account management within professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of client development initiatives alongside BD and sector client teams.
2. Produce management reporting information on a monthly basis.
3. Assist with account planning and keep internal client information systems up to date.
4. Deliver the Account Manager development programme.
5. Ensure key documents and content are accurate and up to date.
6. Provide support for internal and external events.
7. Coordinate internal briefings and prepare agendas for UK and international client development team meetings.
About you:
1. Previous experience in a Client Relationship, Marketing, or Business Development Executive/Assistant role.
2. Self-motivated with a desire to support and improve client relationships.
3. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritise effectively, and identify urgency.
5. Team player with strong communication skills, able to brief partners and lawyers on initiatives.
6. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and understand stakeholder needs.
