As an entry level Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the Business Development Managers, Corporate Account Managers and the Account Director to carry out sales order processing, manage the movement of project hardware, software and licensing, whilst maximising run-rate renewals revenue.
Please note this role is a temporary position anticipated to last 12 months, however as we are a growing organisation there is an opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on the successful candidate’s performance and the company's needs.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator will be:
* To work with the Business Development Managers to support the successful day to day activities, with a particular focus on: sales order processing, creation of quotations, renewals management, customer relationship management and the creation and modification of IT support contracts
* Engage with various Distributors & Vendors to obtain the most competitive pricing
* Generate recurring revenue through the timely and proactive management of licensing renewals
* Manage the movement of all hardware, software and licensing, proactively communicating status on a daily basis to our customers and Project teams when required
* Create & manage deal registration with vendors such as Sophos, Citrix, HP, providing notifications to the Business Development Managers on relevant updates
* Respond to customer queries effectively and in a timely manner
* Handle incoming calls in a professional and effective manner.
* Assisting the Sales & Partner Coordinator to manage Partner relationships and ensure contact information is kept up to date
About you
* Previous experience within a Customer Service/Administration role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
* Demonstrate a passion for customer service with the ability to build long lasting relationships with internal and external customers
* Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* You will have a positive and professional attitude towards your work
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Enthusiasm and drive to learn
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with emphasis on prioritisation
* You will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook.
* An open and approachable manner
* Flourish within an environment where you have the ability to work both as part of team and individually
