Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on property transactions, including sales and acquisitions.
Draft and review property contracts, agreements, and leases to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Negotiate terms and conditions of property deals between parties to reach favorable outcomes.
Conduct due diligence research and prepare reports on property titles, encumbrances, and zoning regulations.
Assist clients in resolving property disputes, engaging in mediation or litigation as necessary.
Stay updated on changes in property legislation and ensure all practices comply with current laws and regulations.
Collaborate with real estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and a valid practicing certificate.
Proven experience as a Property Lawyer, with a strong understanding of property legislation.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in conducting due diligence and advising on complex property issues.
Commitment to continuous professional development and legal education.

Pay Per Hour: £43.11
