As one of our highest-volume venues, you’ll need to be on the doorstep of this key site to provide hands-on leadership and drive success at the heart of the action.
This isn’t your standard 9-to-5 role! We want you to be at the heart of the action, driving energy and uninhibited spontaneity in our venues—especially on Friday and Saturday nights, where your presence will set the tone and inspire the team. We’re looking for our next Regional Operations Manager to manage our venues, and talented General Managers in Cardiff, Plymouth, Exeter, Bournemouth, Southampton & Swindon.
As our Regional Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success and growth of our venues. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team, ensuring exceptional operational standards and unforgettable guest experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in an operations role, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Your General Managers should be inspired to give their absolute best, driven by your leadership to exceed expectations and perform at the top of their game.
Strategic Vision: Proven experience in developing and executing business plans to achieve LFL growth and exceed revenue targets.
Exceptional Communication: You thrive on being challenged and are not afraid to challenge others. You excel at managing expectations, having tough conversations, and engaging in rigorous debate to drive success.
Operational Expertise: You’re obsessed with building high high-performing team, managing your talent bench and you’ve got an eye for talent. You think the small things matter!
Financials: You’re a pro with budgeting, P&Ls, forecasting, and cost controls but instead of bombarding your GMs with emails every morning, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to coach them towards delivering their KPIs.
Passion For What We Do: You’re ready to be a brand guardian, working with marketing to bring the brand personality and ethos to life within the site teams.
