Looking for ambitious, money-motivated, hard working, coachable German speakers to kick start or continue their professional sales/business career as Junior Recruitment Consultants to join our fantastic team in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK. With the opportunity to transfer worldwide later if you preferred. Role & what's required from you?
* German skills (ideally fluent C2/C1 but will consider B2 intermediate level)
* Ambitious, hard-working, resilient, money motivated, positive personality
* Either a graduate (any degree) or some sales/customer service/phone skills
* To source/shortlist/recruit the right IT candidates into German/Swiss clients
* Identify & convert new business leads via various online networking channels
* Combining both warm/cold calling (via phone, video, ad hoc in person visits)
* Managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, signing contracts/TOBS
* Negotiating salary packages, onboarding & post placement process support
* Offering CV/Resume advice, job interview preparation & processing referrals
* Specialise in German-speaking IT Recruitment territory (DACH or Switzerland)
* Become a market expert, attending industry events & optional IT certification
* Ability to be patient/persistent, handle objections, think on feet, not give up!
