You will assist in working on day-to-day tasks within the marketing department. This includes Scheduling and taking client calls relating to marketing campaigns, arranging and holding meetings with clients to discuss their campaigns, maintaining and managing client relationships and reporting directly to business development and to department head. Any past experience working and managing marketing campaigns is beneficial as is a basic understanding of digital marketing services and how they continually impact the day to day running of a website. If you have a strong passion for the online marketplace, and an understanding of the major search engines as well as being a keen user of online forums and social media web sites such as Facebook and Twitter these are beneficial. Any experience of PPC (Pay per Click) marketing through Google Adwords or similar systems is also beneficial.
