Job Summary
As an Inbound Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the friendly voice and first point of contact for any support. The role will involve handling incoming inquiries, providing solutions, and introducing customers to products and services that add value to their experience. This remote role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, persuasive, and driven to meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with inquiries and account management.
2. Sales and Upselling: Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or upgrades that align with their interests.
