We are working with a fantastic company in the North of Leeds who are seeking to appoint a Senior Office Administrator on a temp to perm basis. Joining a small yet busy office setting, this office administration role will begin with urgency to support this busy team. In this fully office based role, the successful candidate will be working 8-4 Monday to Friday and key duties will involve:
1. Being the first point of contact for all internal and external queries
2. Managing client and customer queries
3. Scheduling work with engineers and sub-contractors
4. Typing and filing of reports
5. Ad hoc administration tasks
This is a varied role and being part of a small team gives you scope for development and growth.
They are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude, who can show initiative and team focus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is available immediately and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a friendly and supportive team setting. The successful candidate will have:
1. Minimum of 4 years administration experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
5. Proficient in all MS Office packages
