Are you detail-oriented with a passion for finance and client service? We’re looking for a motivated Financial Advisory Administrator to support our team in delivering exceptional financial advice to our clients!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless operations
2. Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and reports
3. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
4. Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
5. Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and excellent service
6. Help maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
5. Previous experience in financial services or administrative roles is advantageous
