The ideal Candidate must have experience in supporting children or adults with SEND. Key Responsibilities : - Provide 1:1 or small group support to student with SEMH needs - Support students in developing coping strategies, social skills and academic progress -Monitor and report on students progress and adapt support as necessary -Foster a positive, respectful and encouraging learning atmosphere.
