We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Applications Analyst placement student to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry, UK. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 1 July 2025. The requirements are to be onsite for 4 days per week so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location. RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Providing IT Support for Oracle ERP business application (End to End Business Application). - Supporting, designing, and building Power Platform solutions (Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps, Flows, Automate). - Developing Oracle SQL queries to meet business needs. - Leading small/medium improvement projects (project management). - Conducting problem and data analysis as needed. Escalates complex issues for additional analysis and resolution as appropriate. Develops positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes. - Reviewing test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participates in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements within the organization.
