Project Coordinator - National Project Co-Ordinator - Mobile Role Up to 31,000 per annum (DOE) As part of this role you will be required to travel Nationally in line with business needs. We are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our B&I team. You will support the Project Manager with Contract Mobilisations across Catering and Facilities Services within the B&I Sector including the brands of Eurest, 14forty and Dine Contract Catering. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Support and co-ordinate mobilisations and additional activities in accordance with the standard mobilisation methodology and tools. Ensure Support teams are coordinated and managed to assist in the timely delivery of mobilisations, refreshes and retention projects by priority status Support with business projects in line with the project specification and milestones. Support wider projects across the sector. Track and communicate status of mobilisations & projects to ensure visibility of status across the sector - chair weekly project review meetings and provision of status reports. Responsible for coordinating, planning, management and delivery (along with the project manager and central support teams) of contract mobilisations, refresh and retention in order of priority. Responsible for ensuring that all mobilisations, refreshes and rebids are delivered within timescales and within budget. Coordinate implementation of products or services in accordance with the business client and project managers agreements. Act as prime point of contact for the mobilisations, refreshes and retention projects. Responsible for maintaining relations with Operational Teams, Project Managers, and central functions experts. Pro-actively manage and highlight Mobilisation and retention risks and issues. Assist the Operations Teams in the assessment and first line evaluation of support team requirements within flagged businesses. Monitor, collate and suggest improvements to the Mobilisation processes and practices and pro-actively help to encourage good practice. Ensure successful handover to Operations at the end of the Mobilisation and revisit audit dates are set and adhered to.
