The right person will have a solid background within HR with a specification within relocating, strong data and analytics capabilities, and advanced skills in Excel.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Windlesham retention impact analysis.
* Leverage previous methodology JLL consultancy to determine where people now live in relation to new site and changed commute.
* Reevaluate retention mechanisms, revise eligibility groups, and make recommendations including cost estimates.
* Support Performance Improvement Plans implementation and ad hoc Employee Relations.
Requirements:
* Experience in HR generalist roles and relocation.
* Strong data and analytics capabilities and developing subsequent recommendations.
* Strong proficiency in Excel.
* Previous relocation experience is key.
* Confident in presentations and liaising with leadership teams.
