System Support Analyst (Part-time to Full-time) TSR Legal are delighted to present an exciting opportunity to join the newly established Business Systems Support & Change Management Department of a well-regarded law firm. This role, reporting to the Programme Manager & Systems Director, is ideal for an experienced and skilled System Support Analyst with a strong background in Practice Management Systems (PMS). About the Role This position begins as a part-time opportunity (3 days per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role. You will: Provide frontline PMS support and administration cover. Address business change requests related to system customisation, workflow management, report writing, and development. Initially focus on two key PMS projects: Yearly PMS Software Upgrade. Ongoing PMS Data Cleansing and Housekeeping. Expand responsibilities over time to support additional business systems and system change projects. About You We’re seeking a talented individual with: At least 3 years of experience with Practice Management Systems (PMS) in a legal setting, including administration, training, upgrading, data cleaning, support, scripting, and development. Experience as an analyst or developer (minimum 2 years), with demonstrated skills in: Analysing and querying system data. Presenting actionable insights. Coordinating, designing, developing, building, and testing software applications. Previous experience with SOS Connect and Practice Manager (preferred but not essential). Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on various projects and change requests. Promoting system best practices, improving data flow, and enhancing efficiency for users and end clients.
