Y ou are responsible for leading the delivery of several projects for the client(s), ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. You will partner with our principal team and input to / deliver consulting content and solutions. Your accountabilities include: Client Relationship Management Build strong rapport with clients, setting your team up for success, and be a key contact or link between the principal and client to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and of high quality Partner with the Director and principal team to manage the account plan creation and execution, updating actions and / or opportunities based on client knowledge and experience Content Creation & Consulting Support Create the first draft of content for the principal team, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel or thought leadership documents, or design workshop and meeting agendas based on experience and elements of blueprint library content Facilitate small workshops and meetings and co-facilitate larger meetings with the principal team. Lead virtual Zoom or Team calls with confidence, positivity, and joy Manage and input to proposal development and sign-off process to ensure we deliver high-quality materials to the client on time Project Management & Delivery Manage large, complex projects and the team of associate and junior consultants who deliver the work, ensuring weekly updates to our project management tools and trackers Lead the resolution of issues and risks appropriately, manage change control discussions, re-scoping and amending deliverables, and update the project team Participate and input to internal projects or programmes to increase Uptake’s success, performance, and growth Team Management Manage the team by setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and coaching them to deliver and succeed in their role at Uptake by following all the policies, practices, and procedures Responsible for resourcing projects appropriately, including inputting to the resource allocation discussions via the Directors What will Uptake provide for you?
